1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Services have not yet commenced
• A billing error has occurred
• Termination occurs before work begins

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital services.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated:

• SEO and strategy development
• Website design and development
• Advertising setup and management
• AI automation configuration
• Graphic and creative work

3. Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
